Johns Manville Cornwall is hiring an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our four production positions under the Pay-For-Skills program. The role offers pay progression as you learn each new job step, with hourly pay starting at 26.86 CAD.

You will work a 12-hour rotating shift, perform safety-first production tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in a program that rewards learning and advancement within Berkshire Hathaway's family. High school diploma or GED required.

The Entry-Level Machine Operator would join the team in one of the four production positions as part of our Pay-For-Skills program. This program builds on the Entry Level Operator with pay increasing after each of the four jobs is learned which means ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. The facility is one of the top performers in the division supplying material all over the United States and Canada which translates to JOB SECURITY.
