Mativ Conwed, LLC is hiring Production Machine Operators in Minneapolis, MN. You will join a team that powers innovation and quality, with starting pay of $22.57/hour and a path to $26.96/hour within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Regular, punctual attendance required.
• Basic computer skills required - data collection.
• Basic mechanical skills preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Read and comprehend English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, & reach above shoulder height.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures.
• Assist with setup styles using setup sheets/guidelines.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain input reports; check quality at shift start and throughout shift.
• Maintain a clean line and adhere to plant safety, quality, and attendance policies.
• Communicate with shift supervisor and lead operator to ensure quality, efficiencies, and material utilization.
• Demonstrate team building and dedication.
• Follow detailed procedures to operate moving machinery.

What You'll Do

• Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations.
• Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures.

8 Hour Schedules

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

12 Hour Schedules

Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm

Night Shift 7:00pm - 7:00am

Work only 15 days a month (not including overtime)! Our employees on this schedule enjoy the benefits of a full-time position and an outstanding work/life balance!

Week #1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (48 hours)

Week #2 - Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (36 hours)
