MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing company in the North Houston area!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Production Machine Operator Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of production machine operating experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma, GED, or 3+ months of related experience/training
• Prior experience in roles such as Extruder Operator, CNC Machine Operator, Packaging Machine Operator, or Printing Press Operator is a plus!

Production Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and maintain a safe and clean workplace
• Produce and sew Tuflex round slings based on manufacturing specifications
• Set up, adjust, and operate machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret production sheets, manufacturing manuals, and reports/documents
• Collect raw materials, hardware, tools, tags, and other equipment needed to produce and sew Tuflex round slings
• Report any defects or deficiencies to management
• Manage and maintain inventory
• Pack and prepare material for shipment promptly
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on equipment as needed

Additional Hiring

We are also hiring for Field Service Technicians, Quality Inspectors, Welders, Helpers, and Assemblers throughout the greater Houston area.
