Job Description:
Production Machine Operators are system experts in their daily assigned area and with an expectation to become highly functional in multiple areas. These Operators must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. Operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area. Production Machine Operators must have the drive and skill set to train and/or perform the tasks of other associates in the area as needed. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills to support site objectives.

Required Shifts:
12-hour Weekly Rotating Shifts: Day Shift: 6 am – 6:30 pm, Night Shift: 6 pm – 6:30 am, M - Th
8-hour Weekly Rotating Shifts: 1st Shift: 6 am – 2:30 pm, 2nd Shift: 2 pm – 10:30 pm, 3rd Shift: 10 pm – 6:30 am, M – F
Overtime required as needed to meet business needs. Must be willing and able to work & accept varying shifts & schedules. Shift structure will change from time to time.
