The position pays $21.00 per hour, rotates 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am on a 2-2-3 schedule, with orientations every two weeks and a temporary-to-hire path. Weyauwega, WI 54983 area. Background/Drug test/E-verify are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent with up to 3 months related experience.
• Creative approach and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a ruler or tape measure.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators to keep lines running to specification.
• Build spools for finished product and deliver parts to machines.
• Label rolls accurately and perform quality testing.
• Use lifting devices and follow safety procedures.
• Read safety rules and operation manuals, and support 5S activities.
• Support daily production tasks and maintain cleanliness.
