Production Luthier / Guitar Manufacturing Specialist - SunSmith Manufacturing, LLC -- Glen Arm, MD

We're looking for a skilled, hands‑on guitar builder to join the SunSmith Manufacturing team. If you've been working in a production guitar environment and you know your way around every stage of the build process, we want to talk.

This isn't an entry‑level opportunity. We're looking for someone who's already doing the work -- milling wood, running CNC or manual machining, spraying and buffing finishes, and setting up instruments to play great. Someone who takes pride in what comes off the bench.

What you'll be doing:
