Key duties include ISO compliance training, daily order audits, and coordinating with service providers to enhance performance. The position requires travel and a 75% travel expectation in the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to create complex Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites.
• Audit daily order processes and ensure orders are sent to each site.
• Monitor and report errors for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouses on service resolutions.
• Oversee service provider performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and communicate order changes.
• Train department staff to required standards, including leadership.
