Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or working toward a degree with five years of production experience.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S and lean practices is helpful.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a line-level production schedule to meet shipping dates based on forecasts, efficiency, and material availability.
• Plans and sequences workflow for processing and packaging operations according to established timelines.
• Coordinates with production supervisors, supply chain planners, and management to prioritize runs and adjust schedules for unplanned demand.
• Prepares runs for value streams to maximize equipment, space, and cost efficiency; supports KPI reporting.
• Maintains batch production records and ensures data integrity, including safety and quality information.
