Staffmark in Calera, AL is seeking a Production Loader on the 1st Shift (Monday–Friday) at $15.00 per hour. Load spice ingredients and raw materials into industrial mixers, lift bags, and follow production specifications and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Load spice ingredients and raw materials into industrial mixers according to production specifications.
• Safely lift, transport, and position bags of ingredients for processing.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Monitor material flow to support efficient production operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with material handling, production support, and general labor duties as assigned.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Support quality, food safety, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Perform additional production and warehouse tasks as needed.

Education Requirements

• Experience working in food manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Experience working in fast-paced production environments preferred
