UniFirst Corporation in Stratford, CT is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our family. You will work as part of a team to ensure garments are always in excellent condition through quality inspection and adherence to safety guidelines.

We offer on-the-job training, a 40-hour work week with weekends off, and a competitive hourly pay plus benefits including 401K with company match, profit sharing, health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear reading, writing and communication with management.
• Ability to perform basic math using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles per requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
