Job summary

CTI is seeking dependable Production Line Leads for 1st and 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will lead production associates, coordinate workflow, monitor quality, and help ensure safety and efficiency on the line.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours. You’ll learn production equipment, support QC, and adapt to different lines. Weekly pay is offered with a $1.50/hour shift premium for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production associates to meet daily production goals.

• Maintain positive and professional communication with team members.
• Ensure employees follow cGMP, safety, hygiene, security, and allergen procedures.
• Work closely with Quality Control to identify and correct non-conforming product.
• Communicate production progress and equipment concerns with Supervisors and Maintenance.
• Maintain accurate shift notes, material counts, and production information.
• Monitor materials and supplies and request additional items when needed.
• Learn production equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Help maintain a clean and safe production environment.
• Be flexible and able to lead different production lines and line types.

Production Line Lead – 1st & 2nd Shift

Combined Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for dependable, motivated Production Line Leads to join our manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shift.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with a team, keeping production moving, solving problems, and helping others succeed. Our Line Leads play an important role in daily operations by coordinating production associates, monitoring workflow, supporting quality standards, and helping ensure production goals are completed safely and efficiently.

As a Line Lead, you won't just oversee the line—you'll understand the different positions on your line and be ready to step in and support the team when needed.

Schedule & Weekly Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.00–$18.36/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM | $17.00–$18.36/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium

What You’ll Do:
