Sibelco in Ashland City, TN is seeking a dependable Production Line Worker for 2nd shift (3:00pm-1:30am). You will sort and process materials on a production line, perform routine checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following PPE and 5S standards.

The role rewards strong teamwork, clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Physical tasks include bending, lifting, and occasional fine motor work as you help keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, climb repeatedly.
• Must follow PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).

Responsabilités

• Sort and process materials on a production line (standing may be required).
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
