Job summary

Sibelco in Saint Paul is seeking a dependable Production Line Worker for the 2nd shift. You will sort, process, and inspect materials on a fast-paced line, standing for extended periods, following safety procedures and 5S standards to keep areas clean and organized.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, clear communication, and a careful eye for detail. Physical stamina is required for bending, lifting, climbing, and repetitive motions as you help maintain product quality and operational

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Able to bend, lift, climb and wear required PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line.
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
