Local Manufacturer in Crossville, TN is hiring for production line workers. This hands-on role offers steady work with the opportunity to grow into a long-term position. Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) for a few weeks before moving to 2nd shift.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, maintain a clean, safe area, and follow instructions as part of a team. Reliable attendance, overtime flexibility, and ability to work in high temperatures are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work and good attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime when scheduled.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a high‑temperature environment.
