Job summary

JM Eagle is seeking a General Worker to support extrusion operations in UMATILLA, OR. The role involves learning the production process, maintaining documentation and barcode systems, and ensuring quality through inspection and measurement of pipe products.

You will assist with line start-ups, packaging, and material handling. The position requires a high school diploma (preferred) and the ability to earn Level C Extrusion Technician certification within 90 days of advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and ability to learn the required production process.
• Willingness to complete the Level C Extrusion Technician certification within the program.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain documentation and barcode system for production reporting.
• Operate and maintain multiple production lines and load gaskets and end products for shipment.
• Prepare packaging materials and visually inspect product for quality control.
• Measure pipe dimensions, adjust printing equipment, and move bundles of pipe as directed.
• Assist in line start-up, changeovers, and report safety or equipment issues.
