Job summary

JM Eagle in Magnolia, AR is seeking a production associate to manufacture, visually inspect, and package pipe according to JM specifications. You will operate extruder machinery, inspect products for defects, and assist with changeovers.

The role requires basic math, ability to read safety and instruction manuals, and physical capability to lift and move materials. Training will be provided, with adherence to safety and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, percentages, decimals, circumference, and volume

Responsibilities

• Operate extruder machines and control panel.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly to Total Housekeeping Management and ISO standards.
• Identify visual defects in pipe.
• Assist during changeovers.
• Train inexperienced employees on the job.
• Use safe work practices and report hazardous conditions.
