Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a Production Line Operator for our Marion, IL facility. You will help ensure machinery runs smoothly, monitor quality, and keep a clean, safe workspace on a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 5:30 PM–2:00 AM depending on shift).

Responsibilities include operating equipment, adjusting processes for performance, handling materials, inspecting quality, and reporting deviations promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading supplies.
• Conduct quality inspections and promptly report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
