Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Production Line Worker I to support material processing and sorting on the production line in St. Paul. You will maintain material flow, perform routine quality checks, and keep work areas clean while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.

The role emphasizes adaptability, dependability, and teamwork, with duties ranging from line sorting to reporting equipment or quality issues to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to use motor coordination with finger dexterity occasionally.
• Mobility: standing, walking, bending, and lifting as part of normal duties.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort materials through a production line, may require standing.
• Maintain material flow and ensure quality by routine checks on sorters and screens.
• Clean a zone including conveyors, sorters, platforms, stairs, screens, and floors.
• Wear site-specific PPE as required.
• Follow all operating procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following 5S and related processes.
• Keep work area clean by picking up trash and sweeping.
• Identify quality issues and communicate with supervisor.
• Identify potential equipment issues and communicate with supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
