Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Akron, OH is seeking a Production Line Associate to help safeguard the food safety program. You will sort and pack nutraceutical and cosmetic products, inspect labeling, and rotate through multiple line positions under the Line Lead and Supervisor.

You'll operate industrial equipment such as slicers, sorting and packaging machines, use a pallet jack, fold packaging, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sort and pack nutraceutical and cosmetic products.
• Seal packaging per specifications.
• Maintain line efficiency by clearing jams and following lockout/tagout safety procedures.
• Fold cardboard boxes and other packaging as needed.
• Move larger quantities using a pallet jack.
• Inspect labeling for dates and product types.
• Operate slicers, sorting machines, packaging machines and other equipment.
• Rotate to various positions as instructed by Line Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with policies.
• Attend training and retain safety and operation knowledge.
