Production Line Operator - Columbus, Indiana

Tipton Mills Foods is accepting applications for Production Line Operators!

• Entire site is dedicated to powdered beverage manufacturing (hot cocoa, sports nutrition, protein powders, coffee)
• Team members blend ingredients, operate filling machines, package product into boxes
• These positions are located in Columbus, IN

• 1st Shift: Mon – Friday 7:00a – 3:30p
• 2nd Shift: Four 10's: Monday – Thursday 3:30p – 2:00a. (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Voluntary OT

Compensation

• Entry Level wage: $14.00/hr. Increases with experience.
• 12 PTO days/year
• 10 paid holidays/year

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to read, write and understand written and verbal instructions
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Approach all aspects of work with safety as the highest priority
• Have a strong commitment to learning manufacturing processes and operating machinery while possessing a desire to advance with the company
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work space and providing suggestions for operation improvement
