Johnson Electric in Vandalia, Ohio is seeking a Production Operator for seasonal/temporary contract on the afternoon shift. You will perform pre-assembly operations and assemble components, reading process specifications and drawings.

You will set up equipment such as lead cutting machines, cut leads, inspect and document quality, and manage your workflow with attention to detail, working independently in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Salary Range: Starting at 17.50/hour
Supplemental Pay: Shift differential, overtime eligible
Schedule: Full Time/Afternoon Shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to handle small parts, tools, and machinery with precision
