Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, and handle tools as assigned.
• Follow instructions closely to operate machinery, supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Complete non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report any issues to supervisors or higher-level colleagues.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in various roles.
