Job Title: Production Line Operator
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 24/7 Operation – 3 on / 3 off Schedule
Shifts: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am (Shift determined after training)

Production Line Operator Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Production Line Operator to join our team in Valencia PA. Under supervision, you will be responsible for preparing and processing raw materials through paint line operations, ensuring quality standards and safe handling procedures are met at all times.

Production Line Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Load and connect raw materials (metal) for painting
• Perform visual inspections to detect material defects
• Assist in production setups for efficient job changeovers
• Package coils according to customer specifications
• Operate or assist with forklift tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Participate in safety and training programs
• Support downtime projects assigned by management

Production Line Operator Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform basic math and use a calculator
• Comfortable with computers for data entry and lookup
• Forklift experience (not required)
• Previous production experience is a plus
• Strong reading and writing skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends

Production Line Operator Work Environment:

• Manufacturing plant setting with large moving machinery and forklift traffic
• Safety protocols must be followed at all times
• Breaks are unscheduled; equipment must always be attended

Training Schedule:

• Day shift for 2–3 weeks
