Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. in Washington state is seeking a Production Line Operator to run the production line, feed materials, resolve line stoppages, and ensure quality and shipment readiness.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will operate machinery and monitor safety and efficiency on the line. This role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for verbal and written communication.
• Good communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills are important for operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies, programs, and procedures.
• Complete health & safety pre-start checklists.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Document quality checks at regular intervals.
• Operate manufacturing equipment per procedures.
• Operate counterbalance forklift.
• Document production numbers and downtime.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisory staff.
