Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Green Bay, WI is seeking a full-time Operator Maintenance to support production line maintenance and uptime. You will perform line changeovers, minor repairs, and participate in start-ups under HACCP/GMP standards.

Responsibilities include assisting maintenance to achieve goals, adhering to safety policies, and performing autonomous maintenance on equipment. Overtime and cross-department work may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Adhere to TreeHouse Foods Code of Ethics and safety standards.
• Perform Autonomous Maintenance (AM) responsibilities for equipment in area.
• Must be able to perform Lock Out/Tag Out on all equipment.
• Overtime may be required before/after shifts or on off days.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance to accomplish business goals.
• Perform line changeovers and minor repairs to production equipment.
• Assist with daily line start-up and operations as needed.
• Follow training and daily checklists for each machine/area.
• Work as needed in other areas/departments.
• Quality, safety, and HACCP/GMP compliance.
