Qualifications

• One year or more experience as a Team Lead preferred.
• One year or more production experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines.
• Ensure correct customer product is on the line.
• Train line workers on assembly procedures per documented instructions and quality requirements.
• Ensure units/pallets are packed correctly; perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour
• Additional Pay:
• $1.00 added per hour when assigned to 2nd shift
• $2.00 added per hour when assigned to Weekend shift
• Schedules:
• 1st Shift; Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Weekend Shift; Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems at the same time
• Ability to react to change positively and handle additional tasks as required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus preferred
• Advanced proficiency/knowledge and/or experience with production assembly lines
