Job summary

FOXCONN is seeking a Production Lead to manage daily operations on the assigned production line at our Houston facility. You will coordinate associates, balance manpower, and ensure that materials, tools, and PPE are available to prevent downtime.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a solid understanding of manufacturing workflows. Proficiency with SOPs, Excel, and problem-solving is advantageous; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the assigned production line.
• Assign work and balance manpower to meet production goals.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to prevent line downtime.
• Ensure associates are trained and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform production tasks as needed to maintain production flow.
• Coach associates and support daily performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Material Handling, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Maintain WIP, inventory accuracy, and system transactions using SFC.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
