Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions in West Chester, Ohio is seeking hands-on Production Line Leaders to coordinate daily assembly work, support team performance and maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.

Shifts: First 6:30 AM–3:30 PM; Second 3:30 PM–2:30 AM. Two 1st shift openings and five 2nd shift openings; second shift is the hiring priority. You will lead line assignments, train employees, and ensure accurate production records.

Qualifications

• At least two years of manufacturing or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production: Coordinate line assignments, workflow and changeovers to support the production schedule.
• Train and support employees: Explain work instructions, coach team members and monitor performance.
• Maintain safety and quality: Follow production procedures, address concerns and escalate issues.
• Track results accurately: Maintain production records, material counts and required documentation.
• Solve problems with the team: Work with supervisors and support staff to resolve equipment, material and workflow issues.

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM. Two openings; Saturday overtime opportunities may be available.Second shift: $20.50/hour. Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:30 AM. Five openings; Friday-night overtime opportunities may be available.Second shift is the hiring priority.
