Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Line Lead in Chatsworth, CA. The role supports line start-up,QA compliance, and daily production tasks on a fast-moving manufacturing line. You will train operators, ensure records are properly entered, and maintain safety and quality standards across shifts.

The position requires at least 1 year in process manufacturing, strong math, and good English communication. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of process manufacturing experience, preferably in cosmetic or FDA-regulated industries.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area per cGMP/SOPs.
• Strong math abilities and good English communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and QAD system; able to use PCs effectively.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak periods and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead line start-up and ensure production meets specifications and quality standards.
• Enter records accurately in QAD; monitor line and material flow.
• Identify and address production issues; train new operators.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and QA to troubleshoot problems.
