Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Production Line Lead to join our expanding team in New Albany, OH. This is a full-time, direct-hire role that focuses on guiding a line crew to achieve quality, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will oversee filling and packaging processes, train staff, enforce GMPs and SOPs, and collaborate with supervisors and QC to maintain high standards. Experience in production environments and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to motivate others and maintain a positive team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency and general understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow, provide, and enforce directions effectively.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment and knowledge of production line processes.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety procedures and GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee manufacturing and packing of products per specs.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Maintain safety and productivity for all employees on the line.
• Keep a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Report incidents and injuries with written records.
• Prepare workplace injury reports as required.
• Communicate with supervisors, mechanics, and QC staff.
• Perform related duties and special assignments as needed.
