Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services in Homewood, IL, is seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee the sorting production line and ensure smooth, efficient operation. You will assign work and manage the line at our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

The role pays $19.00/hour plus overtime, with 4am–2:30pm shifts Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays. First shift available; PPE provided, benefits after 60 days, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Scheduling flexibility.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and existing team members.
• Assign team members to production lines and manage data tracking and reporting.
• Hold daily safety meetings and enforce procedures.
• Resolve conflicts and conduct employee evaluations.
• Clear and clean production lines to maintain quality and efficiency.
