Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement of personnel on production lines and manage work orders.
• Ensure compliance with Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Oversee packaging and verify correct code dates on packages.
• Ensure correct number of packages per case and cases per pallet.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist Packaging team and communicate with management, maintenance and peers.
