Responsibilities

• Completes/audits job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensures all GMPs and SOPs safety policies are followed & company policies.
• Ensures daily safety trainings and exercises are followed.
• Maintains training and attendance records.
• Ensures deficiencies are corrected to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintains ample supply of processing supplies.
• Oversees neat and orderly work areas.
• Directs daily duties to associates.
• Completes performance evaluations and/or discipline recommendations.
• Tracks payroll timecards with Kronos.
• Communicates changes in policies to associates.
