Job summary

Melaleuca has an immediate opening for a Product Delivery Line Coordinator to supervise, oversee and train associates in the production department as per assigned operations. This full-time position is located in Kansas City, Missouri on a non-smoking campus.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am with mandatory OT at peak times. The role emphasizes ensuring GMPs and SOPs, daily safety trainings, and maintaining training and attendance records, while directing daily duties and keeping Kronos

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs.
• Experience with payroll timekeeping (Kronos).

Responsibilities

• Complete and audit job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensure GMPs and SOPs and safety policies are followed.
• Conduct daily safety trainings and maintain attendance records.
• Assign daily duties to associates.
• Perform evaluations and discipline recommendations.
• Track payroll timecards using Kronos.
• Communicate policy changes to associates.
• Assist in New Employee training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Essential:

• Completes/audits job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensures all GMPs and SOP's safety policies are followed & company policies.
• Ensures daily safety trainings and exercises are followed.
• Maintains training and attendance records.
• Ensures that all product deficiencies are corrected in order to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintains ample supply of necessary processing supplies
• Oversees that the work area is maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
• Directs the assignment of daily duties to associates.
• Completes performance evaluations and/or discipline recommendations on associates.
• Keeps track of payroll timecards with Kronos software.
• Ensures that any changes in company policies, procedures, etc. are communicated to the associates.
