Job description

At LTL Supply, LLC in Green Bay, WI, we're hiring a full‑time Production Line Assistant who's ready to turn attention to detail into tangible, high‑quality results. Do you take pride in doing things right the first time? Are you motivated by meaningful, hands‑on work and a team that has your back?

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

When you become our Production Line Assistant, you'll join a team that invests in your growth, values your craftsmanship, and rewards your consistency. At $18.00 per hour, you'll enjoy dependable hours, cross‑training in machine operations, wire harness assembly, and braiding, and a supportive environment where safety, learning, and quality are non‑negotiable. Our company‑wide benefits include: health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, holiday pay, and more. If you want a steady role where your skills expand and your work is appreciated, this is your moment!

HOW WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE

LTL Supply has been a trusted name in wire harness manufacturing since 1984, built on quality and a reputation for doing things the right way. As part of the Value Added Companies group‑along with Value Added Distributors, Bent Tubes, and Transmotion‑we share roots that trace back to 1995 and proudly operate from Wisconsin while serving customers across nine states and nineteen locations. Our growth is fueled by modern manufacturing practices, advanced equipment, and a commitment to supporting Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners nationwide. But what truly defines us is our people: team members stay because they're treated with respect, offered strong pay and benefits, and given room to advance within a culture that genuinely wants to see them thrive.

ARE YOU THE PRODUCTION LINE ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

As our Production Line Assistant, you'll take wire harness projects from start to finish‑selecting the right wires by gauge, color, type, marking, and length; routing, taping, and cutting with confidence using schematics and harness drawings; crimping terminals by hand or machine with precision; and testing continuity with Cirris testers or multimeters to confirm dependable performance. Quality is in your hands as you perform visual, dimensional, and force inspections, all while using fine motor skills, staying in proper PPE (safety glasses, gloves, earplugs, safety shoes, and more as needed), and communicating with coworkers to troubleshoot and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
  • Physical ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines, and commit to high‑quality, error‑free work
  • Ability to use various equipment for production and assembly
  • Ability to use and read a tape measure (length, width, thickness, diameter, or depth of an object)
  • Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and standard practices

Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus!
