Job summary

Paragon Films in Oklahoma is seeking a Production Lift Operator 2 to ensure materials are stocked, packages are properly labeled, and finished products are staged for shipment. This role supports forklift operations and helps maintain internal quality standards.

The position requires forklift experience, ability to read labels and perform basic math, and a teamwork mindset. Training as a Line Operator is provided, with cross-training in shipping and related tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift experience and certification as prerequisite.
• Trained to perform Line Operator duties within the company.
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery in a production environment.
• Able to learn software, scanning, data entry and basic computer tasks.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials to production lines to prevent delays.
• Wrap and stage finished products for warehouse storage with quality standards.
• Weigh and complete scrap reports and submit to Team Manager.
• Label, wrap, and apply labels to raw materials.
• Cross-train in shipping and learn unloading duties with supervision.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and fill in as Line Operator when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
