Garlock's Palmyra, NY campus seeks a Manager, Production to drive strategic direction and leadership for a critical product category. You will shape long-term roadmaps, collaborate across functions, and champion continuous improvement while balancing people development with financial performance.

You will lead a multi-functional organization, build talent pipelines, and partner with HR, Maintenance, and operations to deliver sustained growth and world-class results on the Palmyra site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations, multi-shift or union environment preferred.
• Strong financial acumen to influence profitability and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develops collaboration across HR, Maintenance, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS, and Planning.
• Builds 3–5 year roadmaps and budgets to leverage continuous improvement and capital investments.
• Leads change management to support operational transformation and culture change.
• Leads and mentors supervisors and frontline teams to achieve daily goals.
• Maintains a world-class manufacturing operation focused on Dual Bottom-Line excellence.
