Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Production Manager to lead on-site production and maintenance at the Auburn, WA facility. You will drive safety, production planning, and continuous improvement while aligning with corporate goals and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in an industrial setting, with a preference for an associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. A comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance operations in line with safety and company vision.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plan to meet delivery schedules and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage maintenance programs for asset reliability.
• Ensure training plans for staff and coordinate with plant manager on safety and operations.
