• Direct and oversee daily activities of crews to ensure high-quality and timely production of panels.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the tactical coordination of all hourly workers.
• Assign tasks to Assembly Foremen and workers based on skill set and workload.
• Develop and implement daily work plans to meet production schedules.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
