Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC partners with a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies to recruit a Production Manager who will direct both production and maintenance. You will drive operational efficiency and quality while reporting to the president, coordinating activities across Montello and Wautoma to meet targets and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership, lean skills (5S), and proficiency with production scheduling systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing with leadership role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Knowledge of production scheduling systems; SYSPRO preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency across Montello and Wautoma locations (≈100 employees).
• Manage production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean practices to minimize costs and errors.
• Influence strategic decisions and cultivate a thriving workforce culture.
• Create opportunities for departmental growth and future leadership roles.
