Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Production Leader for Crew 3 in Tulsa, OK, working Wednesday through Saturday from 5:45am to 6:00pm.

You will lead a production team, ensure targets are met, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in production, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure production targets are met.
• Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to support the plan.
• Monitor quality controls to ensure products meet standards.
• Investigate and address production and quality issues.
