Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years in supervisory/manufacturing roles.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Act as safety champion, enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.
• Direct a team to consistently produce high-quality products and meet targets.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
• Lead with servant leadership to build high-performing teams.
• Use data to reduce downtime and defects and track attendance.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Resolve conflicts fairly and maintain positive working relationships with team and partners.
• Ensure accountability and fair processes for the hourly workforce.
