Job summary

Calqulate is seeking a Production Manager to oversee Women’s Outerwear, Activewear and Sportwear production. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, negotiating production dates, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining quality.

Candidates should have 7+ years in production/sourcing, strong garment costing knowledge, and demonstrated Costco process experience. Office-based position, five days a week in NYC area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production/sourcing experience.
• Experience working with Costco and its full process and procedures.
• Thorough garment and costing knowledge with strong factory negotiation skills.
• Well organized, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Manage production calendars, negotiate critical dates, and approve styles.
• Issue POs to vendors and factories, and track ship extensions.
• Monitor WIP reports and resolve production issues with design, Sales and Tech Design.
