Alleguard, a leader in protective foam solutions, invites you to join a dynamic team. The Lead Production Associate acts as a liaison between the Shift Supervisor and line staff in a fast-paced, order-fulfillment environment.

This role involves training and coaching production staff, tracking line efficiency, and escalating issues to supervision while ensuring safe, clean operations and adherence to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct individuals and teams.
• Excellence in verbal and written communication.
• Organized with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Assist Production Manager with responsibilities including, but not limited to; Supervison of facility and facility staff; Execution of production plan and assignments; Track production metrics; Maintain/improve the condition of production equipment and facility; Organize and track inventory using a systematic process; Responsible for overseeing an effective quality system with adherence to GMP standards; Organize and track all quality information in a clear and timely manner; Work to improve quality standards in the production facility; Implement and enforce safety guidelines; Provide and document proper training for production staff; Recommend methods to improve production and quality of production facility.
