Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI, is seeking a production operator to support our GMP-compliant facility during a 6:00 am - 2:30 pm shift. You will help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

Responsibilities include assisting operators, maintaining paperwork accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and timely execution of manufacturing tasks in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Coach and motivate following the SP CARE model.
• Trouble shooting product/machine/process related issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed.
• Provide support and direction to operators to ensure processes are operating at target safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Provide support and direction to operators to ensure paperwork and all related processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, helping to drive problem solving.
• Troubleshoot product and machine related issues.
• Assist supervisor in developing and implementing departmental goals.
• Assist supervisor in employee development activities.
• Assist supervisor in prioritizing production.
• Assist the supervisor in developing and implementing the required training for the operators to ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met.
• Assist supervisor with the administration of progressive discipline.
• Provide operator performance feedback to Supervisor to assist with performance evaluations.
• Communicate with other departments and work with them to share good ideas as well as solve problems.
• Role model teamwork between shifts and departments.
