Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience supervising production, operations, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of store production operations to meet goals safely and efficiently.
• Partner with Environmental Health and Safety to ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee store housekeeping and equipment maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with sales and production to improve store results and execute strategies.
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and development.
• Communicate policies and lead by example for the team.
• Direct and participate in customer care activities as needed.
• Monitor production activities to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in collaboration with corporate resources.
• Spend at least 85% of time with the production team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
