Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking a Production Coordinator at our Burlington, NJ facility. You will run production and pack lines, lead a team on the floor, and ensure meals are plated and packed to our high standards for delivery to customers.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work early mornings and weekends. Experience in food manufacturing and a willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certification within 30 days are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Must complete state Food Handlers Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Plate ready-to-eat meals to Thistle presentation standards.
• Pack meals accurately into customer bags or boxes.
• Perform quality checks on meals and products before shipment.
• Maintain production schedules and drive efficient workflow on the line.
• Coordinate with production team and support departments.
