Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Associate Lead to oversee daily operations across production lines and processing areas, guiding team members and upholding sanitation and safe handling practices. The role covers Tenders, Big Bird, and Shipping, with focus on quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment.

Located in the Grading department, the position offers a base pay of $19.50/hour plus premiums, with overtime potential and an annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees work at various stations along production lines processing poultry products.
• Ensures safety, PPE use, and reports unsafe acts and conditions.
• Maintains product quality per QA and USDA specs.
• Keeps equipment running smoothly and a clean, safe workplace.
• Lead operations within Tenders, Big Bird, and Shipping as assigned.
