Perdue Farms seeks a Production Associate Lead to supervise daily operations across production lines and processing areas, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in poultry handling. You will guide team members in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with QA and USDA standards and maintaining a safe work setting.

The role involves leading teams across Tenders, Big Bird, and Shipping departments, with a 2nd shift schedule: Mon-Fri, 1:30pm-8:00pm and every other Sunday, 2:30pm-8:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must have lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with poultry processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work at production stations along the lines and processing areas.
• Ensure safety rules, PPE usage, and lockout-tagout compliance.
• Verify product quality per QA specifications and USDA requirements.
• Ensure all equipment operates smoothly across departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
