Luxfer Gas Cylinders is seeking a Production Lead for the Riverside, CA area. You will direct and train hourly staff in setup, machine operation, and lean processes while maintaining 5S and safety standards.
The role focuses on meeting daily production schedules, improving efficiencies, and ensuring quality across production lines. Overtime is available, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a start on first shift.

Direct and train hourly employees in set-up and machine operation, 5S, lean concepts, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, quality requirements, and efficient production of high-pressure composite cylinders in a safe work environment.

Five years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with process involved in producing high-pressure composite cylinders. Completion of inspecting/set up training program. Capable of handling multiple objectives in a high volume production setting. Computer literate and print reading a must.
